Refund Policy
You may ask for and obtain a full refund of any monies paid right up to the time when production of your log store begins. At which point we will inform you of such by either email or, in the absense of an email address, telephone.
If you have paid us and production of your log store hasn't yet begun and you wish to cancel your order to obtain a refund of all monies paid, please contact us by telephone.
